Huawei Mate 50 series now in the global market
Huawei is getting ready to launch its newest high-end phone, the Mate 50, in the international market in an effort to compete with Samsung and Apple. This phone's back is covered with leather and glass.
According to the company, the vegan leather will come in orange color, while the glass will be offered in silver or black. According to reports, it has a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel extreme aperture camera, a 64-megapixel telephoto camera, and a proximity light sensor.
This phone's extreme aperture camera features a Huawei physical aperture that is programmable. The smart aperture in it, claims the firm, automatically changes the aperture to fit the scene.
The camera should be left in "auto mode" for this, though. By selecting the professional mode, this phone's camera allows users to control the blur ratio and depth of field.
Instead of Gorilla Glass, the front of the phone will be entirely made of a new kind of Kunlun glass. According to Huawei, Kunlun Glass is ten times more resilient than Gorilla Glass.
The IP68 rating for water and dust protection applies to this phone. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU with 4G will power this phone.
It contains a 66-watt wired super charger and a 50-watt wireless super charger, and its battery capacity is 4700 mAh.
Not everyone will be a good fit for the Mate 50 series, which lacks the Google ecosystem. Mate 50 Pro costs $1,249 and comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage (about 1 lakh 63 thousand rupees).
The Mate 50 series' 8 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage model costs $1,399 as well (roughly Rs. 1,82,584).
